Shipping policy

Our fulfillment team processes orders Monday through Friday. Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Orders placed during a sale, holiday season, or if your order is international, processing time can take up to 5 business days.

Orders with a "ship by date" will be processed and fulfilled within the same 1-2 business day fulfillment time starting on the specific ship by date.

You will receive email notifications when your order is confirmed, when your shipping label is printed, when your order is in transit, when it is out for delivery, and when it is delivered. Please check your "spam" folder if you are not receiving these in your inbox.

If your order was returned to us due to an incorrect address given at checkout, you will be charged for the reshipment of the product. We will only reship the order one time from the initial order shipment. We do not issue refunds for domestic packages returned to us. 
 
International customers will also be charged for the reshipment of your order. If international customers do not want to pay for reshipment, there will be a 20% restocking fee of the total of the order; the remainder of the total will be refunded to the customer, less the initial shipping cost.
